The plugin in functional.  You should see an embedded Tweet at the bottom of this post (an official Twitter embedded Tweet).  I need to clean up the code and make it so the JS file is in the head and not included for every post.  And I need to decide what to display when the permalink hasn’t been entered yet.  Getting there.
